Earworm...Rickroll

Hey you! I need to share something today...Have you ever been Rick'rolled? Is there something more anoying?

For those not tottally aware..

"Rickrolling is an Internet meme typically involving the music video for the 1987 Rick Astley's song "Never Gonna Give You Up". The meme is a bait and switch: a person provides a web link that he or she claims is relevant to the topic at hand, but the link actually takes the user to the Astley video. The URL can be masked or obfuscated in some manner so that the user cannot determine the true destination of the link without clicking. When a person clicks on the link and is led to the web page, he or she is said to have been "Rickrolled" (also spelled Rickroll'd)." (wikipedia)

This usually happens to me when in search of something in the youtube...How annoying is that?!! And the more annoying is the kind what happens afterwards...The freaking song is the more annoying earworm EVER!! I tell you, I got this one in my head since the beggining of May...can that be possible? Yes! Im a living prove of it...

With Rick I had the best and the worst moments surfing in the internet...the sexy moves, the confidence look, no wonder it was a #1 hit in the 80's, lol.

I don't have the antidote for it but I have got something for you today...Yes, below is a nice sample of what i'm talking about and by the way..since you're watching have a look on the nice moves of the 80's..priceless!

I must warn you that it might get stuck in your head forever...but is worth it. =)

See you around... rickroll..and be blessed! =)

The right study's soundtrack

Hey There!

This is time of hard study, with last assignments to hand in, re-submission of late assignments and a exam to do. It is a stressful time...with long nights awake, black coffee and chocolate as true companions. In the middle of such sad and stessful experience in my life, is important to have the right soundtrack (yes, has nice results in the exams. I tested!).

I found out that a I really like John Mayer's Dvd/Cd "Where the light is". I have been having such great time hearing him singing to me while analysing Psychosocial Studies' theories. Is a brilliant Dvd/Cd, soulful, creative and engaging and where is possible to see Mayer's evolution as an artist. Great skills on guitar...(It actually made think about getting on to practise again! =) ).

It keeps me on the mood everytime, while studing, working or just chilling out.
Just a small taste of what i'm talking about...

Good day.Be blessed!

Thinking about that...

Is not every day that we give attention of what is going on inside of us...well, analysing my case.
I don't consider to have a interesting life. I have to be honest, that my interest in most of the things that I thought to be important to me, that I would consider as passions in life, have lost the full meaning. I guess that I fell in 'the round of the lost' looking for a reason to get up in the morning.
I think that living in a world where we 'can be whatever' we desire to be it is easy to lose the eye in the goal. Dreams change easily and often..(chuckles)...they don't really become true. Sadly is the reality of most lives...and mine it seems to be in the same way. Of course I continue to dream of diferent possibilities in life, and how I could do things differently and how one day I'm going to have a better life. But, in a deeper analysis in my desinteresting life...the hope of a "better life", of doing more for me and enjoy my life in the full is an old idea since my teens, when I got the understnding that every person has the responsibility of making the most of his own story. So what getting wrong in own?...maybe is the system, the illusion that anything is possible if we try hard; maybe is the the bar high raised in high dreams, of the rich and famous...maybe it me our maybe is the world where i'm living got in the wrong way.
Well I guess I'll continue to look forwrd for better days while living each looking for THAT reason to get up of bed in the morning..I guess I will.
See you around
